Lord Regent, also known as Zi'eer, was born into a humble family in the city of Etre. From a young age, he showed a keen interest in the teachings of the Ministry, a religious organization that ruled over the land with an iron fist. Zi'eer quickly rose through the ranks of the Ministry, becoming one of its most devoted followers and eventually earning the title of 4th prophet.
